Chef Castillon Ernesto was born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where he first began training as a specialty chef. His father, being a chef himself, was the first to inspire him by sharing his vast knowledge and experience in the culinary arts. His passion for food led him to start work in different restaurants throughout Puerto Vallarta from an early age. Chef Ernesto then continued a career in Culinary Arts in the United Sates and eventually received a Pastry Chef diploma in Mexico. Since then, Chef Ernesto has dedicated most of his time offering private chef services in some of the most distinguished properties throughout Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay.
